Tortoise on the Loose is written by Laura Manuel (aka Mama Tortoise) who is at home with her one year old toddler (aka Banana) and five year old daughter (The Bear). Mama Tortoise and her husband (aka MJ) live with their daughters in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
